Lawufaka Ilunda

Mbekezeli 1010 brings an 11-track Maskandi album to the table with Lawufaka Ilunda, released on 16 October 2026. The project carries a mix of solo cuts and selected collaborations, giving the tracklist a clear balance as it moves from “Impumelelo” featuring Menzi to the closing song, “Wawukhona Yini.”

The album opens with “Impumelelo” before moving into “Uthando”, where Mbekezeli 1010 is joined by Sne Ntuli and Thembani. The title track arrives at number four with Thembani, while songs such as “Uhleka Azaqethuke uLwah”, “Ijuba Lami” and “Ububhinca” keep the focus on the main artist.

Further into the project, “Ushade Ngomlomo” and “Wabulala Ubaba” appear before “Inhliziyo Yami”, which features Somkhathi. The collaboration line-up continues with Sne Ntuli returning on “Umaqondana”, adding another featured appearance to the album’s tracklist.

With 11 songs in total, Lawufaka Ilunda gives listeners a full-length release from Mbekezeli 1010 in 2026. The album’s collaborations with Menzi, Sne Ntuli, Thembani and Somkhathi sit alongside several solo recordings, making the complete tracklist the best way to take in the project.
