Never Loses Power

Obhuti bendawo brings a six-track Maskandi album to the table with Never Loses Power, a compact release arriving in 2026. The project carries the same title as its third track, giving the tracklist a clear centrepiece while keeping the focus tight across its short run.

The album opens with Emlanjeni before moving into Inombolo and the title track. From there, Obhuti bendawo shifts into Ngiqome, the first of two collaborations with Mroza Fakude. Sitshakadula follows, leading into Uthathekile, which closes the album with another appearance from Fakude.

Mroza Fakude features on two of the six songs, creating a recurring collaborative link within the tracklist. The remaining four tracks are credited to Obhuti bendawo alone, including the opening song, the title track and the closing number.

Never Loses Power is set for release on 13 October 2026. With its focused six-song format, the album gives Maskandi listeners a concise project to explore, moving from Emlanjeni through to Uthathekile without stretching beyond its core tracklist.
