Akulula ungikholwe

Smiselo brings a compact Maskandi release with Akulula ungikholwe, a five-track EP arriving on 16 October 2026. The project keeps the focus on the artist while making room for two confirmed collaborations across its short, direct tracklist.

The EP opens with Yini ungafuni before moving into the title track, Akulula ungikholwe, which features Qhawelisha. That collaboration is followed by Intombi yakwaMbatha, featuring Yellowbone lezwe, giving the release two featured appearances within its five songs.

The remaining tracks—Ngifuna umtanami and Kufanele ngibonge—are credited to Smiselo alone. Together with the opening track, they give the EP three solo cuts alongside its two collaborations.

Akulula ungikholwe keeps its tracklist focused rather than stretching the format, making it an easy project to explore in one sitting. Maskandi listeners can check out Smiselo’s latest EP from the opening Yini ungafuni through to the closing Kufanele ngibonge.
