BALIBELE EMALIBENI

Mshalazi steps forward with BALIBELE EMALIBENI, a 10-track Maskandi album arriving in 2026. The project carries a focused tracklist, moving between solo performances and two confirmed collaborations with Mshebelezi and Mjikelo.

The album opens with Bayaxabanisa before moving into Ziyahamba izinsizwa, which features Mshebelezi. The title track follows as the third song, placing BALIBELE EMALIBENI near the front of the project rather than holding it for the closing stretch.

Mjikelo appears on Uthando lweqiniso, the fourth track, while the rest of the album is credited to Mshalazi alone. That leaves the project with a clear balance between featured cuts and solo entries, including Kwanokweja, Inkos yamavondo and Kwankolombela.

The latter half adds You are number one, Phansi ngabathakath and Dolly, with the final track bringing the album to a close. The release is scheduled for 29 October 2026, giving Maskandi listeners a complete 10-track project to explore from Mshalazi.
